Rebecca Howard Park is an existing park being designed as a public space to honor Black history—and to celebrate the future of Black presence, gathering, and belonging in this region. Named for Rebecca Howard, a 19th-century Black business owner and community leader, the park will uplift the resilience, contributions, and legacies of Black Olympians—past, present, and future.
