Public Hearing Scheduled

On August 19, 2024 the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the Planning Commission Public Hearing Draft Utilities Chapter, August 9, 2024. Two draft Utilities chapter versions are available to review. A “clean copy”, which includes the full text as proposed, and a “track changes” copy, which shows the new proposed text in underline and text proposed to be deleted in strikethrough. The August 9, 2024 Draft Utilities Chapter includes revisions based on comments received from the Planning Commission and Puget Sound Energy, as well as incorporating changes included in a June 14, 2024 errata sheet.
